You Don’t Have to Achieve to Be Loved. Buy the Book
I had a successful career with a respected title and a good reputation, a packed calendar, and a family at home. Until one life-changing diagnosis changed everything and I realized none of that mattered.
The only thing I wanted to do was to put Elaina on the bus ONE more time.
I’ve lived the success story you’re supposed to want.
I had a successful career with a respected title and a good reputation, a packed calendar, and a family at home. Until one life-changing diagnosis changed everything and I realized none of that mattered.
The only thing I wanted to do was to put Elaina on the bus ONE more time.
I spent years climbing the corporate ladder, leading teams at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Kaiser Permanente, and eventually being chosen to run Maryland’s Health Benefit Exchange. On paper, it looked like success: big titles, packed calendars, and constant striving. Yet in the end, the program failed, and I lost my job in a very public way.
Within sixteen months of facing that career-altering event, I was diagnosed with a ping pong ball-sized brain tumor. Suddenly, the success I’d been clinging to no longer mattered. Relearning how to walk and rebuilding my life forced me to face questions I’d been avoiding:
If you’ve ever looked at your life and thought, “I should feel happier than this,” you’re in the right place. I work with business owners and successful professionals who have climbed the ladder, checked all the boxes, and built lives that look successful from the outside but still feel restless, unfulfilled, or stuck.
I know this feeling because I’ve lived it. I know the weight of striving and the quiet questions that don’t go away no matter how much you achieve. My own journey taught me what it takes to move from chasing accomplishment to choosing fulfillment.
As a Personal Executive Coach, I help you do the same. Together, we’ll strip away old definitions of success, ignite the courage to face your future, and create a life that reflects your values, not someone else’s.
They ground me in the love and connection that matters most.
Where I clear my head, test my limits, and find strength in discipline.
My beloved pitbull mix is my daily reminder to play, rest, and love fiercely.
Moments of Courage
If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in a cycle of feeling like you’re just not enough, Becca’s words will remind you that you’re worthy of love simply because you exist.
One thing she said still sticks with me: ‘So why aren’t you doing that?’ Becca cuts through the noise with clarity and confidence. She’s unfiltered, direct, and dives deep fast, in the best possible way.
Becca doesn’t give you advice. She trusts that you already know the answer. She asks the hard questions and listens deeply. You always feel like she’s in your corner, wanting you to succeed.
I was able to meet Becca and share with her that she was part of my ‘aha moment’ during the day. It was inspiring to hear from women who overcame huge challenges and are still down to earth, positive, and kind.
I found myself turning to Becca’s words for guidance. What I discovered was a hard truth — I wasn’t truly living in alignment with my values. I was simply following the same script I had been handed my entire life.
You don’t have to wait for a crisis to change your life. If you’re feeling stuck, restless, or ready for something more, I’d love to talk with you.
